Master Plan & Space Study

Hall County Courthouse

After acquiring a federal building, Hall County appointed Berggren Architects to provide a master plan as a means to assess the county’s existing facilities. The master plan included an assessment of existing building conditions, a list of recommendations for preservation and restoration, and an analysis of the spatial layout of departments.

Following the completion of the master plan in 2017, Berggren Architects returned in 2018 to complete a study of the courthouse’s spatial layout. Our ongoing relationship with Hall County continued into 2019, where we were retained for the restoration of an interior staircase. We will continue providing our services to Hall County for years to come.
