Berggren Architects has completed many projects for the Bob Grimit family in maintaining their Tudor Revival home. Our first project investigated a settling floor, resulting in improvements in structural elements hidden within the library crawl space. Another project saw the complete abatement of all known asbestos. Another safety improvement project oversaw the installation of a rustic handrail for the circular stairway. Our latest project for the Grimit family was completed in 2019.
