Restoration
Ferguson Mansion
In 2014, Berggren Architects began work on the Ferguson Mansion, originally built in 1911 by Olson Construction. The work began with the re-roofing of the historic carriage house followed by the restoration of the home exterior and porches. In 2015, Berggren Architects began a reconstruction of the porches, completed in 2016. Previous work by Berggren Architects includes replacement roofs for the mansion’s two sleeping porches.
