Master Plan & Space Study

Nemaha County Courthouse

In 2017, Nemaha County reached out to Berggren Architect to be consultants for their floor settling problem. In 2020, we then conducted a space study and created a master plan for the courthouse. Berggren Architects worked with consultants to assess the structural system, the building envelope, the security system, site drainage, and fire and life safety system.  This is currently an active project.

The original Nemaha County Courthouse was built in 1900. It entered the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.
